Response time
We read everything and answer in the order messages arrive, usually within two business days. A message sent over the weekend is picked up on the next working day.

Before you write
One message through the form reaches everyone who works on the site. To get a useful answer on the first reply, include the exact address of the page you are asking about, what you expected to happen and what happened instead, and — if it concerns a company — the company name exactly as it appears here.
Please write in English or Turkish. Messages in other languages are answered when we can, but they take longer.
We do not sell materials
Sourcenia is a directory. We do not produce, stock, ship or price anything listed on this site, and we cannot quote for it.
If you want a price, a specification sheet or a sample of a product you found here, write to the company on that product page — its phone, WhatsApp and email appear once you press Show contact details. Quote requests sent to us cannot be forwarded or answered.
Report a listing or ask for its removal
Tell us about a listing that is misleading, infringing, dangerous or plainly fake. Use the form and open your message with Report, then include:
- The full address of the page or profile.
- What is wrong with it: counterfeit or infringing goods, a restricted or prohibited material, misleading claims, someone else's photographs or text, wrong or hijacked contact details, or spam.
- Your relationship to the matter — rights holder, competitor, a buyer who was harmed, or an observer.
- Any evidence you can attach: registration certificates, trade mark numbers, the original source of copied material, correspondence.
- An address we can reply to.
Reports are handled in the order they arrive and we aim to respond within five business days. A listing that appears dangerous or illegal is taken down first and reviewed afterwards. A rights holder's notice is passed on to the supplier it concerns, so send only what you are willing to have shared with them.
Privacy and data requests
Requests to access, correct, delete or export personal data — under the KVKK in Türkiye, the GDPR in the European Union, or a comparable law elsewhere — go through the form; open your message with Data request. Say which right you are exercising and give us enough detail to find your records. We answer within the period the applicable law sets, and in any case within thirty days.
Supplier account help
If you cannot log in, cannot publish a product, or believe your profile was suspended by mistake, write from the email address the account was registered with. That one detail saves an entire round of identity questions.
Everything else about your listings — editing, archiving, adding photographs — is done in your dashboard rather than by email. We do not edit a company's content on its behalf.
